24 hours in Denver?! We went took a tour around Colorado this summer and Denver was our first stop. Colorado is the top travel destination for outdoors people of all sorts. People from all around the world come during the winter months. But what about the summer season? Denver is full of activities and tourist attractions from May to September!

Thursday

9:00 a.m. Depart: Leave for the airport


1:47 p.m. Arrive in Denver and travel to RiNO (River North District)


2:30 p.m. Hotel Check-in: The Ramble Hotel located in Denver’s River North Art District and features Death & Co, the first location outside of its New York institution, an intimate theater and event bar, and a new restaurant from Denver’s acclaimed Work & Class. River North Art District, a.k.a. RiNo, is known for its blend of urban grit and industrial revival, RiNo’s historic warehouses, and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and working studios.

3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Rest/Free Time





4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Pre- Dinner Drinks: Death & Co, located in the Ramble Hotel. Coloradan offshoot of the New York cocktail bar offering a sophisticated space for specialty drinks. See the cocktail menu here.

5:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. Dinner: Barcelona Wine Bar, Tapas, paella & an extensive list of Spanish wines on offer amid quaint-meets-industrial decor. Reservations required. Vegan options are available. See the menu here. We loved the mushrooms, olives, paella, and potato tapas dishes.

8:00 p.m. Hidden Bar/Speakeasy: Millers and Rossi, from the outside, this spot appears to be a trendy art gallery. Sure, you can browse the art, but the main event is the dimly lit lounge bar which makes a superlative setting for smoked old-fashioned and small bites including charcuterie and raspberry chipotle wings. Reservations required.


How to get in: Enter the art gallery and head towards the back. There, behind the desk, you’ll find the door that leads to the baR OR walk "through the refrigerator" and into an extravagant Edison lighted lounge where hand-crafted cocktails, Chef’s elegant small plates, and adventure awaits you! A gem of Denver.
