The Iron Fork’s center stage featured a Chef Challenge! The challenge is just like Food Network’s Iron Chef America but in Dallas and on a smaller scale.
Two top chefs will receive a basket of ingredients and will go head to head for the prestigious Iron Fork award. Last year, Chef Aaron Staudenmaier of Lovers Seafood and Eric Dreyer of Fearing’s Restaurant was presented with a basket of ingredients from Whole Foods Market.
