EASY VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS
We cannot tell you the last time we had cinnamon rolls since Taylor, the author of What Taylor Likes, went vegan a year and a half ago.
We missed the pillow soft, super fluffy texture of a perfectly cooked cinnamon roll.
Waahhh, our mouth is watery already!
We waited so long to make cinnamon rolls because they are hard to make from scratch! There are so many ingredients involved and the process takes forever.
Let’s be real - ain’t nobody got time for that!
However, we decided to try our hand at baking them when we discovered The Minimalist Baker’s recipe for The World’s Easiest Cinnamon Rolls.
The Minimalist Baker is a website devoted to simple cooking. All their recipes require ten ingredients or less, one pot/bowl and minimal prep time.
With that being said, their Cinnamon Rolls recipe called for 7 ingredients and little cook time! With no complex steps and the promise of gooey, VEGAN cinnamon rolls in our future, we had to create this recipe.
The end result was so amazing, we wanted to share our results and the instructions on how to make these easy vegan cinnamon rolls!
