My goal for 2021 is to get two (2) long term partnerships with brands that I love. So far a got one (1) long-term partnership! I am putting the email I sent to initiate talks below. I will also discuss compensation and the scope of work we agreed upon.

I wanted to reach out to you to discuss a long term paid partnership with xxx. Also, I wanted to share the complete results of the xxx X What Taylor Likes (2020) campaign with you. Long term partnership
I wanted to propose a long term partnership with xxx and What Taylor Likes for 2021. I experienced more growth this year and my audience responded well to your product (I made $2,000 in sales for you in July).
I would love to have a 12 or 6 month paid partnership where I can make and publish content for xxx on my accounts. I envision creating content month, bi-monthly or every season! It would be up to you!
Let me know what you think and if you would be interested in something like this. I would love to work together again.

My manager and the brand went back and forth on the terms and compensation. We settled on the following scope of work with a rate of $2,000 per month plus product:
-1 photo/month on Instagram feed with 3-5 Instagram stories
-4 photos to you for brand usage
-1 blog post, pinned to Pinterest
My normal rate is $3,500. I decreased it by 40% or so to make the deal work. I am okay with that! It is $2,000 per month!
Note: I was contracted for three months. If we both like the arrangement then I will sign up for another 3 months.
